1. Place half the strawberries in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl combine the remaining strawberries and ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Transfer the marinated mixture and liquid to a blender and puree until smooth.
3. Roughly chop the strawberries that were set aside and stir into the blended mixture. Taste for seasoning and add more Stevia, if desired.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
