ThinNow Shipping Policy
Shipping to U.S. & Territories:
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery). Shipping to all U.S. states and territories is a flat rate of $5.49 for orders totaling less than $100 and is FREE for orders of $100 or more. (Some large items may have a small shipping surcharge of $0.50 to $5, which will be reflected in the shopping cart before checkout.) Signature Confirmation and Insurance are available as a fee-based add-on to Priority Mail.
USPS Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) is available for deliveries in the U.S. for a flat fee of $29.95. Please note that packages shipped by Priority Mail to an address in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area (city and all suburbs) arrive in 1 or sometimes 2 days, so Express Mail is not needed.
Shipping Outside the U.S.:
Shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. will be charged at our discounted FedEx or Express Mail rate for that country. (Most western and central Canada packages will be delivered by Canada Post.) There are no handling costs - you pay what we pay. Shipping rates are calculated in your shopping cart, so there are no surprises at checkout.
We have been shipping internationally for many years and we know which carriers deliver our product most efficiently and effectively. However, if you know a certain carrier does not deliver to your area, please include that in the Special Shipping Instructions box at checkout.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs fees and taxes. Contact your local Customs office if you are not sure of the amount. Declared value is typically $50 or less. Please do not place an order until you are prepared to pay these fees.
General Shipping Terms:
Orders received weekdays before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time always ship same day. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. Friday will ship Monday. Please allow 24-36 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive an email notification that your order has been packed and shipped.
All packages will be delivered to the shipping address entered by you at checkout. Please note that we have no way to give special delivery instructions to the Postal Service or to FedEx (such as a gate code or an alternate delivery address). If you are not present for delivery, and you have not requested Signature Confirmation, your package will be left wherever USPS or FedEx typically leave packages delivered to you.
