1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl combine the crab, dressing mix, salt, and herbs and stir gently. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, Stevia, and milk. Stir into the crab mixture. Fold in the breadstick crumbs.
3. Form small balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet, gently flattening the tops. Bake until golden and hot, 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
4. Carefully remove from the tin and serve immediately, or cool and keep refrigerated for reheating.
