1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin. Stir constantly to cook through, 5 minutes.
2. Combine the broth and lemon juice and pour into the skillet stirring to coat. Remove from the heat when liquid is evaporated.
3. Serve immediately, wrapped in the lettuce leaves, with a dash of hot sauce, if desired.
