Thai Cucumber Salad

Perfect as a side for Thai-flavored burgers, you’ll welcome the crisp consistency and sweet flavor this salad offers.
Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid Clear Stevia
  • Frank’s Hot Sauce to taste
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh mint
Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well to coat.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
