1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2. Overlap the apple slices in the bottom of a medium-size ramekin or oven-proof dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice and Clear Stevia.
3. In a small bowl combine the crumbs, Capella drops, and powdered Stevia and sprinkle on top of the apples.
4. Bake until the apples are fork tender and the topping is slightly crisped, about 15 minutes.
