I've been on pretty much every diet ever invented and usually can make it through a new diet and lose the weight I want. However within a short period of time I've gained the weight back as well as a bit more.
This time, with the HCG diet from ThinNow/MyHCGplus, I lost the weight and have kept it off.
I started the diet with my husband in mid July 2011 and ended with a loss of 28 pounds. I've kept the weight off since then.
I was hardly every hungry and I felt really good on the diet with plenty of energy. Hooray for HCG! I only wish I knew about the HCG diet in my 20's!
