I just completed the HCG diet and I lost 25 lbs! I lost 4" in my chest, 5" in my waist, 6.5" in my tummy, 4" in my hips and more all over! It's great to finally fit into clothes I feel happy to wear!
I've tried everything in the past - following a specific meal plan with food log and meeting with a trainer 5 days a week. Nothing worked. After all of the frustration and a lot of research into HCG, I decided to go for it and I'm SO happy I did.
