Spicy Chicken Tenders

Enjoy your own version of spicy Buffalo wings with this easy-to-make recipe. Accompany with celery or fennel spears for a complete meal.
Ingredients: 
  • 3.5 oz. (100 g) chicken tenders, white tendons removed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 TBSP Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 6 drops Clear Stevia
  • 1 grissini/breadstick, crushed into crumbs
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2. In a shallow bowl combine the lemon juice, hot sauce and Stevia. Marinate the chicken tenders in the mixture, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes.

3. In a shallow bowl combine crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip the tenders in the crumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere and place on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the outside begins to brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately alone or on a bed of lettuce.
